安心入住，超前部署 — 我們做了什麼？

  1. 落實實名制，全員工及住客每日體溫監測。（為確保旅客健康權益，Star Hostel會於入住前詳細確認旅客 21天內活動足跡及健康狀況）。

  2. 加強全館清潔消毒頻率，30分鐘至1小時一次。

  3. 客房皆享獨立空調。

  4. 早餐分流管理。

  5. 館內活動要求全程配戴口罩並保持安全社交距離。

  6. 防疫期間恕不接待訪客。

    若有相關症狀或經兩次體溫測量過高者，館方可要求自費快篩，若無法配合得拒絕入住。

OUR HEALTH AND SAFETY MEASURES

  1. All staff and guests are required to sign in and have their temperature checked everyday. Star Hostel will require a review on guest’s travel history for the past 21 days and health status before check-in.

  2. Increased disinfection frequency to once every 30mins to one hour.

  3. All guest rooms are equipped individual air conditioning system

  4. Breakfast is served with diversion management

  5. Mask wearing and social distancing practice is required at all times outside of guest rooms.

  6. No visitors are allowed during Covid-19 alert period.

    ⭐︎ 若有相關症狀或經兩次體溫測量過高者，館方可要求自費快篩，若無法配合得拒絕入住。

    If you have related symptoms or have two high temperature measurements, the hostel can request a quick screening at your own expense. If you can’t cooperate, the hostel reserves the right to ask you to leave the premise.
